Which food trucks are wedding-worthy in your city?

We mentioned awhile ago that there was a trend in LA to have food trucks at weddings. The Wall Street Journal reports that the popularity of food trucks crept into wedding receptions and notes a couple from Brooklyn that had 3 trucks at their reception: appetizers, coffee and dessert. They paid $3,580 for their 110-person wedding. I guess she didn’t have any other food? Not sure by the article. But I would definitely recommend this idea as a late night snack after the dessert but before the night is over, or it can be after-reception food.

There are several food trailer parks in Austin, with many different foods represented in each. I would personally try the one with tacos and sno-cones (since it gets hot in Texas during the summer) to kill two birds with one stone!
I have to second the suggestion of Maple Ave Restaurant. Their food truck is good and provide serivce to Northern Virginia.
